Denise Cross, MSLIS, CG, is a community college librarian who enjoys research, especially digging deep for an elusive answer. Her research and writing interests include New England, New York, and Quebec. She has published many articles in genealogy journals including the National Genealogical Society Quarterly, New York Genealogical and Biographical Record, The Maine Genealogist, and The Connecticut Nutmegger. She is a winner of the 2019 AGS Scholar Award.
